Educated as an architect, with extensive post graduate training in sustainable building, Wally is president of Greymar Associates, a full service architectural and real estate development company that specializes in sustainable building. With over 30 years of industry experience in U.S. and international projects, he serves as director and COO of the Central Coast Chapter of the USGBC, has held local and regional positions with the National Association of Home Builders, the Urban Land Institute, and the Building Systems Council, and is the first U.S. citizen to be accepted to the Japanese 2X4 Home Builders Association.

The founder and owner of Classic Yachts, John has founded or co-founded more than five companies and served as CEO, president, and chairman of large corporations and entrepreneurial startups. A graduate of San Francisco State University, he has been a guest lecturer at the Graduate School of Business and Economics, California State University Hayward, has served on the boards of Vallejo Business Incubator, and as an executive mentor for the Bay Area Regional Technology Alliance.

Bay Area native Sal Vaccaro is a graduate of Santa Clara University and played professional baseball for three years before embarking on a business career. He is currently president of Synergy Environmental, Inc., the most experienced asbestos, lead and mold abatement contractor in Northern California. A TRP board member for over five years, Sal is a member of WESTCON Professional Organization, NARI, National Lead Council, and Environmental Information Association.

Kirk began his 31-year construction career as a carpenter and rose through the ranks to superintendent, construction manager, chief executive officer and board chairman. Among hundreds of successfully completed projects are hotels, office buildings, bio-medical facilities, and motion picture industry sets, stages and production offices. He has won numerous industry awards, including the Pacific Coast Builders Conference "Golden Nugget Award," 2003; The Chrysalis Awards “Best Commercial Interior,” 2003; and National “Judges Choice Award—Best Commercial Interior,” 2003.

Prior to founding TRP in 1995, Ted was managing partner with an investment banking firm that provided financial services to young technology companies. Now, in addition to guiding TRP's national expansion program, he consults with private companies and government bodies on a variety of demolition and waste diversion projects. A graduate of Ohio State University and a licensed demolition contractor, Ted served three terms as board president of I Love a Clean San Diego and is an advisor to Urban Habitat Chicago.
